Support and Stabilization
The services provided within this program are intended to be flexible, rooted in the community, and have the capacity to be developed in a manner that will be responsive to the specific needs of each family to support permanency. Services include parent support, youth support, family stabilization, out-of-home placement diversion, family reunification services for families whose children are returning from out-of-home placement and diagnostic assessment services.
The Support and Stabilization program includes:
